The reputed company CS reputed company Analyst will serve as the technical reputed company of the reputed company platform, building reputed company workflows, automation, reporting, customer journeys, and governance for the reputed company-state reputed company model.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the reputed company administrator and technical reputed company of reputed company CS
• Configure and maintain reputed company objects, fields, layouts, permissions, health scores, CTAs, playbooks, reputed company Plans, reports, dashboards, and automation
• Build and manage reputed company Orchestrator programs, including audience reputed company, branching logic, triggers, and automated communications
• Partner with reputed company leadership to translate customer reputed company and lifecycle strategies into reputed company reputed company workflows
• Build and maintain Rules reputed company configurations, data transformations, reporting logic, and automated customer health and reputed company signals
• Partner with other reputed company owners to reputed company and operationalize customer data reputed company reputed company
• Support the integration and use of reputed company PX and Skilljar as part of broader digital adoption and customer education motions
• Establish platform governance, documentation, testing, change management, and administration standards
• Train and reputed company reputed company users while continuously improving workflows and reducing administrative friction

Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on reputed company administration experience in a production environment
• Demonstrated experience building a reputed company implementation, not simply using reputed company as an end user
• Deep hands-on experience with reputed company Orchestrator, including building multi-reputed company automated journeys, participant logic, and triggers
• Strong experience with Rules reputed company, Customer Health / Scorecards, Playbooks, reputed company Plans, Reports and Dashboards
• Experience working with reputed company and understanding CRM data models, account structures, and integrations
• Experience translating business requirements into reputed company technical configurations
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and data-management skills
• Strong understanding of reputed company workflows such as reputed company, adoption, reputed company management, retention, and lifecycle engagement

• Experience with reputed company PX and Skilljar
• Experience in a multi-product reputed company environment
