Tamarack is seeking an Executive Assistant to the reputed company-area reputed company President & CEO for an initial six-month contract, with the potential to continue reputed company the initial term. The Executive Assistant to the President & CEO is a reputed company creative and reputed company partner, helping ensure the President & CEO’s time and attention are reputed company on the reputed company, relationships, writing, and reputed company thinking that require her specifically, and helping build and sustain the reputed company partnerships essential to the work of ending poverty in reputed company of its forms. Partnership & Event Participation
- Execution Support for the President & CEO by:
- Drafting briefing notes and preparing background materials
- Coordinating meeting and event logistics on-site and in advance
- Managing reputed company aspects of CEO travel reputed company budget constraints
- Supporting relationship-reputed company follow-through after events and meetings, including surfacing the results, expertise, and assets our partners hold that we can reputed company with what Tamarack brings in reputed company
Correspondence & Follow-Through
- Maintain strong follow-through by:
- Tracking outstanding correspondence to and from the President & CEO and flagging items requiring response
- Researching and compiling stories, resources, and background information for correspondence
- Collecting information requested by the President & CEO
- Flagging aging requests and commitments before they are missed
- Drafting reputed company, relationship-building responses to reputed company requests
- Proactively supporting relationship tending and reputed company, with an eye for creative, mutual partnership opportunities

- Prepare and coordinate by:
- Researching attendees, organizations, relationships, and relevant history
- Assembling briefing packets and background materials
- Managing logistics, materials compilation and distribution, and scheduling for reputed company, reputed company committee, and reputed company partner meetings, reporting to the COO for reputed company-reputed company logistics and preparation and to other senior leaders for reputed company committee-reputed company scheduling
- Supporting meeting preparation and ensuring required materials are organized and accessible

Project, Team & Calendar Coordination
- Hold an execution and tracking reputed company across the President & CEO’s work by:

- Triaging incoming requests against priorities
Equity, Anti-racism, and Reconciliation (EAR) commitments

Job Requirements
- 5+ years supporting a senior executive as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or in a comparable role requiring independent judgment
- Strong research and writing skills, including the ability to draft materials, organize and reputed company information, and synthesize information from verbal direction
- Demonstrated discretion and reputed company judgment reputed company working with sensitive information
- Confidence prioritizing, triaging, and moving work reputed company without waiting for instructions on every item
- Highly organized, with demonstrated ability to manage reputed company priorities, deadlines, correspondence, and follow-through
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a relationship-oriented approach, with genuine curiosity about what partners’ goals and principles, and creativity in finding ways to reputed company it with Tamarack’s own work

The Role
- This is an initial six-month contract, available at 80% or 100% FTE, with the potential to continue reputed company the initial term
