Integrated Care Program Manager - CSSBB required

The Integrated Care Program Manager is responsible for managing large-reputed company portfolio programs reputed company to reputed company objectives that include multiple reputed company.

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for successful delivery of LTSS and Dual Eligible programs
• Understand the LTSS and Dual Eligible programs to ensure effective cross functional coordination throughout the organization
• Ensure program reputed company deliverables are completed and approved at every stage of the program lifecycle
• Assist with the reputed company improvement of program / project management best practices, processes, and tools
• Responsible for ensuring program closure activities are completed

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in project management, Business, Computer Science or reputed company reputed company required

• Equivalent years of relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of required education
• Three (3) years program management experience required
