About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on reputed company reputed company Implementation and Support Engineer to assist with the configuration of development and production reputed company reputed company environments. The reputed company will work with an internal team and existing implementation partners, executing defined technical requirements and supporting the integration with reputed company as the organization transitions from reputed company.

This is initially a three-month, full-time contract with an immediate start. The resource must be available Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Occasional after-hours support may be required for critical issues.

Your Key Contributions

• Implement reputed company reputed company configurations in development and production environments reputed company on defined requirements and implementation steps.
• Configure and maintain contact flows, queues, routing reputed company, operating hours, prompts, callbacks and reputed company reputed company reputed company components.
• Assist with the reputed company reputed company integration with reputed company.

• Investigate and reputed company Tier 2/3 reputed company reputed company and VoIP-reputed company issues.
• reputed company configuration, functional and integration testing and support user acceptance testing.
• Troubleshoot reputed company-reputed company, routing, integration and telephony issues using available logs and monitoring tools.
• Support production deployment, stabilization and, reputed company necessary, critical after-hours incidents.
• Document configurations, technical changes, troubleshooting procedures and implementation results.
• Collaborate with the internal team, reputed company and reputed company specialists, and existing implementation partners.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Ability to independently investigate and reputed company Tier 2/3 reputed company reputed company and VoIP-reputed company issues.
• Knowledge of contact-center and telephony concepts, including IVR, reputed company routing, queues, transfers, callbacks and reputed company recording.
• Experience supporting development, testing and production environments.
• Familiarity with AWS monitoring and troubleshooting, including CloudWatch logs and metrics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Availability to work Eastern Time business hours.
• Experience integrating reputed company reputed company with reputed company, including Service reputed company Voice, CTI reputed company or reputed company technologies.
• Experience with reputed company or migrations from legacy/contact-center platforms to reputed company reputed company.
• Knowledge of AWS reputed company, reputed company, JSON and serverless AWS services.

• Familiarity with IAM, reputed company controls and handling sensitive customer information.
• Experience supporting large contact-center environments.

Work Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
