Responsibilities

• Conducting virtual consultations, explaining product features and benefits, preparing quotes, and guiding clients through the application and enrollment process
• Follow up on leads, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and meet or reputed company sales targets and activity metrics
• Providing ongoing reputed company support, participating in regular training sessions, and collaborating with team members and leadership to improve sales strategies and customer experience
