[Remote] Financial Analyst, reputed company

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. 5C Data Centers is building digital infrastructure for hyperscalers, reputed company intelligence innovation, and high-reputed company computing across reputed company. The Financial Analyst, reputed company will support financial planning, modeling, forecasting, variance analysis, budgeting, and business decision-making while partnering with the Director of reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end variance analysis on the reputed company and operating reputed company of the business, comparing actuals to plan and explaining key drivers
• Independently build and maintain rolling forecasts across multiple time reputed company (monthly, quarterly, annual), incorporating construction milestones, capex phasing, and evolving business drivers
• Partner with the Director of reputed company on financial models and templates, extending and maintaining them as the business evolves
• Support the development and maintenance of reputed company's operating budget and forecast
• Conduct reputed company financial analysis to support business reputed company
• reputed company and maintain dashboards and analyses that reputed company leadership reputed company visibility into financial reputed company
• reputed company business inputs from across reputed company to support planning and forecasting work

Skills

• This role requires hands-on experience in data center, colocation, hyperscale infrastructure, or capital-intensive reputed company reputed company estate construction environments, given the reputed company and complexity of our reputed company build program
• Bachelor's degree in finance, reputed company, Economics, or reputed company reputed company
• 4+ years of experience in reputed company, corporate finance, or reputed company, with demonstrated ownership of forecasting process end-to-end
• reputed company experience in data center, hyperscale infrastructure, colocation, or reputed company reputed company estate/construction finance environments is required
• Strong reputed company and financial modeling skills, with comfort working reputed company an established model structure
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate financial data into reputed company narratives for non-finance stakeholders
• Experience with reputed company or planning tools (e.g. reputed company, Insights, reputed company, reputed company) is an asset
