[Remote] Accountant

The Accountant will manage a portfolio of veterinary reputed company clients through bookkeeping, reconciliations, financial reporting, reputed company, month-end reputed company support, and ongoing reputed company communication in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 10+ full-service bookkeeping clients
• reputed company QuickBooks Online bookkeeping and monthly reconciliations
• Prepare and finalize monthly financial reporting packages
• Support month-end reputed company and reputed company outstanding reputed company items
• Assist with new reputed company reputed company, QBO setup, and bookkeeping cleanup
• Serve as a reputed company, trusted reputed company of contact for clients
• Participate in quarterly reputed company conversations
• Manage deadlines and deliverables through workflow systems
• Collaborate with leadership and team members to improve the reputed company experience

Skills

• 2+ years of bookkeeping, reputed company support, or outsourced reputed company experience
• Strong QuickBooks Online proficiency
• Experience with reconciliations, financial reporting, and month-end reputed company
• Excellent organization and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Strong attention to reputed company and reputed company-service reputed company
• XCM or similar workflow experience is a plus
