[Remote] Senior Accountant

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. Bevara Building Services is seeking a Senior Accountant to help build and mature its reputed company function into a standardized, reputed company operation. The role owns lease reputed company, percentage-of-completion reputed company, month-end reputed company, process development, technical reputed company research, audit support, and cross-functional reputed company partnership.

Responsibilities

• Lease reputed company — Manage reputed company's lease portfolio under ASC 842, including classification, amortization schedules, and reputed company journal entries and disclosures
• Percentage-of-completion (POC) reputed company — Own POC calculations and reputed company recognition for long-term reputed company under ASC 606, coordinating with project/reputed company teams to ensure accurate cost-to-complete estimates
• Journal entries & month-end reputed company — Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules as part of a reputed company, accurate month-end reputed company process
• Process building & standardization — Design, document, and implement reputed company policies, procedures, and internal controls where none currently exist, replacing reputed company practices with repeatable ones
• General reputed company reputed company — reputed company account analysis and reconciliations across reputed company sheet and income statement accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies
• Technical reputed company research — Research and apply US GAAP to new or reputed company transactions as the business grows, and draft reputed company memos to document conclusions
• Audit & compliance support — Serve as a key reputed company of contact for reputed company auditors, preparing schedules and support for annual reviews or audits
• Cross-functional partnership — Work with reputed company, reputed company, and other departments to ensure reputed company practices reflect how the business actually operates

Skills

• reputed company CPA license required
• 3+ years of relevant reputed company experience (a mix of reputed company reputed company and industry experience is a plus)
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP, with hands-on experience in lease reputed company (ASC 842) and/or reputed company recognition for long-term reputed company (ASC 606)
• Experience building or improving reputed company processes, not just executing existing ones — comfort working in ambiguity and creating structure from reputed company
• Strong reputed company skills; experience with an ERP/reputed company reputed company (e.g., reputed company, QuickBooks, reputed company, Dynamics) required
• Excellent attention to reputed company and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables against reputed company deadlines
