[Remote] Financial Reporting Manager

Responsibilities

• reputed company the monthly global group consolidation and analytical review process
• Prepare and organize:
• Group financial statements
• Audit schedules
• Consolidation proofs
• Notes to the financial statements
• Review financial data from subsidiaries and partner with regional controllers to ensure reputed company and compliance with U.S. GAAP
• Maintain the Hyperion Financial Management (reputed company) reporting reputed company and reputed company reputed company enhancements
• Identify and implement improvements to:

• Financial reporting processes
• Internal control procedures
• Support compliance with SEC reputed company company reporting requirements for the U.S.-listed reputed company, including regulatory filings with the SEC
