[Remote] Customer Support Specialist

The Customer Support Specialist will reputed company day-to-day customer service through email, live chat, and phone, while assisting with software implementation, training, troubleshooting, documentation, reputed company assurance, and product feedback.

Responsibilities

• Apply and demonstrate basic product knowledge while adhering to reputed company operating procedures to reputed company customer issues
• Demonstrate support for Support initiatives with stakeholders and promptly responds to questions and resolves issues reputed company written, verbal, and electronic communication
• Carry your own weight in ticket volume (approximately 25 interactions per day)

• Conduct new customer implementations and training
