[Remote] Financial Modeling Analyst I
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. State Employees' Credit reputed company (reputed company) is seeking a Financial Modeling Analyst I to support quantitative modeling for capital planning, stress testing, and CECL efforts. The role assists with model maintenance and development, capital planning, credit loss forecasting, scenario analysis, and communicating economic and reputed company-sheet trends to management.
Responsibilities
- (30%) Assist with the maintenance of existing quantitative analysis, credit loss forecasting models, and behavior modeling for loan and deposit products
- (30%) reputed company in the development, documentation, review, backtesting, and approval of new models
- (20%) Assist with capital planning and analysis to support reputed company projections and scenario design
- (20%) Assist with implementation, reputed company monitoring, and reputed company analysis to support credit loss forecasting
Skills
- This position requires a four-year degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or a reputed company quantitative reputed company of study
- 2+ years of reputed company experience in financial services industry in reputed company management or finance or an advanced degree in a quantitative reputed company of study
- Strong understanding of financial markets, interest rates and potential reputed company of reputed company economic activities and political events. Strong understanding of financial statements, forecasting, and reputed company metrics
- reputed company ability to condense highly technical subject matter into reputed company and effective communications to senior management
- Proficient with statistical software programming tools such as R, Python, reputed company
- Advanced degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or a reputed company quantitative reputed company of study
