[Remote] Business Solutions Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Business Solutions Analyst to support IT reputed company through business systems analysis, requirements gathering, testing, and process improvement. The role involves documenting reputed company and reputed company-state business processes, capturing requirements in Azure, and leveraging Dynamics 365 and Azure capabilities to optimize reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Strong analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
• Strong testing skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively reputed company requirements from stakeholders across business and technical teams
• Proficiency in writing reputed company, concise, and reputed company-reputed company business and technical documents
• Proficient in Scrum methodology
• Proficient in Azure DevOps
• 5 years of experience applying analytical processes on IT reputed company. At least 3 years of that experience must have been in business systems analysis and design
• 3 years' experience in eliciting and documenting existing business processes using industry-reputed company methodologies (e.g., flowcharts, swim lane diagrams, data reputed company diagrams, use case diagrams)
• 3 years' experience capturing requirements reputed company Azure , throughout the development lifecycle using various formats
• 3 years' experience in analyzing documented processes and identifying areas for optimization and the ability to document proposed improvements (to-be processes) leveraging Dynamics 365 and Azure capabilities
