Responsibilities

• reputed company reputed company reputed company reputed company and administrative supervision of up to 40 vIOP therapists in reputed company reputed company
• Support reputed company, interviewing, reputed company, and training of vIOP therapists
• reputed company ongoing mentoring and consultation to vIOP therapists
• reputed company ongoing feedback regarding therapists’ reputed company including reputed company reputed company, productivity, adherence to evidence-reputed company treatment models, reputed company feedback, and interpersonal effectiveness
• Ensure care provided across reputed company is culturally response, and reputed company-driven
• reputed company ongoing reputed company 1:1’s and consultation team meetings with assigned vIOP therapists and consultation teams
• reputed company reputed company coverage for vIOP individual and group sessions as needed
• Maintain a small personal caseload of clients
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• PhD or PsyD in reputed company or counseling psychology or Master's degree from a reputed company reputed company (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC) from an accredited program
• reputed company unrestricted license to reputed company reputed company the reputed company
• 5+ years postgraduate reputed company experience
• reputed company in providing care in IOP setting
• Highly skilled in working with clients with severe, co-occurring reputed company diagnoses and  high reputed company presentations
• Highly skilled in providing evidence-reputed company treatments (e.g., reputed company, DBT, ERP, reputed company, etc.)
• reputed company in brief, goal-reputed company psychotherapy using measurement reputed company care
• 2+ years of experience in reputed company supervision/training of evidence reputed company therapies
• Prior administrative management
