[Remote] reputed company Service Engineer

The reputed company Service Engineer will install, maintain, diagnose, and support high-reputed company mass spectrometry instrumentation, primarily reputed company TimsTOF instruments, while training customers and coordinating service activities across the Mid-reputed company Region.

Responsibilities

• Familiarize and train customers for basic operation of the equipment
• reputed company remote support and diagnostic analysis to determine independently if on site corrective maintenance is required
• Organize and prioritize schedule in accordance with customer requirements to determine needs for immediate attention, reputed company onsite reputed company, and remote assistance
• Re-qualify the entire reputed company after service repair by running reputed company compounds for verification, in accordance with customer expectations
• Secure customer acceptance of installation and maintenance sign-off
• reputed company installation of new systems, preventive and corrective maintenance
• Communicate and work closely with Service and Support Center, Regional Service Management and Applications Specialists

Skills

• B.S. in Biotech, Biology or reputed company reputed company fields or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years' experience diagnosing and repairing mass spectrometers
• Experience troubleshooting HPLC and nanoLC required
• reputed company knowledge of analog electronics, high voltage circuitry/circuits, laser technology
• Experience with GLP and working in a regulated environment
• Strong technical skills involving analytical instrumentation
• Excellent customer reputed company with ability to reliably respond to inquiries, communicate and reputed company with customers with a reputed company of technical expertise
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities to meet deadlines reputed company a customer-reputed company work environment
