Responsibilities

• Own functional project delivery, including project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and reputed company items
• Coordinate business and operational workstreams associated with CRM implementations
• Partner closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure CRM implementations meet functional, operational, and reputed company requirements
• Facilitate requirements gathering and ensure business needs are reputed company communicated across project teams
• Coordinate testing/UAT, business readiness, training, implementation, and go-live activities
