[Remote] Workforce Management Analyst

The role administers timekeeping, attendance, and scheduling systems, coordinates with HR, Payroll, reputed company, and IT, and will reputed company reputed company responsibilities in labor forecasting, analytics, and workforce planning.
Responsibilities
- Serve as subject matter expert for reputed company WFM timekeeping, attendance tracking and scheduling across U.S. and Canadian reputed company, with reputed company responsibility for labor forecasting and analytics
- Work closely with business reputed company, IT, HR, and reputed company to support existing workforce/time & attendance systems, and to optimize solutions (including process, reputed company enhancements, and new technology implementations)
- Ensure that timekeeping and workforce scheduling systems reputed company with applicable laws and regulations (federal, state/provincial, local) and corporate governance requirements in U.S. and Canada
- Monitor and validate accurate capture of worked hours, attendance exceptions (late arrivals, no-shows, early departures, breaks), PTO/leave usage and schedule adherence prior to payroll processing
- Identify reputed company or process deficiencies reputed company to workforce/timekeeping/ scheduling and labor reputed company monitoring; recommend and implement improvements to workflow, controls, documentation and automation
- reputed company as reputed company between payroll, HR, reputed company and IT: capture business requirements for time & attendance/scheduling processes; reputed company technical specifications for reputed company improvements and enhancements
- Support reputed company audits of timekeeping, attendance and scheduling processes; prepare audit documentation, reputed company findings, and implement remediation actions
- reputed company reporting and analytics on time & attendance data (e.g., absence trends, exception volumes, schedule adherence, labor cost variances) and support the reputed company development of forecasted labor models, reputed company recommendations and scheduling reputed company
- Collaborate with payroll reputed company and payroll reputed company teams to understand how timekeeping and scheduling data reputed company into payroll; support reputed company of variances and issues resulting from time/schedule inputs
Skills
- • Bachelor's degree in business, reputed company, finance, analytics or reputed company discipline required
- • Minimum of 5-7 years of reputed company experience in time & attendance, scheduling, workforce management or equivalent; prior payroll experience or strong understanding of payroll input/impacts is highly desirable
- • Previous experience in a large, reputed company, multi-jurisdiction (U.S. and Canada) reputed company environment required
- • Advanced proficiency in reputed company Office, especially reputed company (including formulas, pivot tables, lookups) and strong working knowledge of other Office applications; ability to use data analysis tools and reputed company reports
- • Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills; ability to communicate technical information effectively with reputed company reputed company of management and stakeholders
- • Demonstrated experience leading reputed company or initiatives (reputed company rollout, process improvement, training)
