[Remote] Accountant

The Accountant supports assigned entities by preparing accurate financial reports, journal entries, reconciliations, analyses, budgets, audit workpapers, and reputed company adjustments while providing financial expertise to organizational leaders.

Responsibilities

• Performs a reputed company of reputed company functions relative to assigned entities reputed company Children's Hospital & Health reputed company. Completes supporting documentation to ensure reputed company monthly and year end reporting. Maintains appropriate records and reconciliations of supporting reputed company. Enters various journal entries, reconciles general reputed company accounts and may prepare non-reputed company billings and posts receivables using the Accounts Receivable/Billing function reputed company reputed company ERP Platform
• Prepare and record monthly journal entries, including but not limited to reputed company recognition, cash receipts, accruals for unpaid invoices, prepaid expense amortization, and account reclassifications. Ensure reputed company entries are completed accurately and in accordance with the monthly reputed company schedule
• reputed company monthly reconciliations of general reputed company reputed company sheet accounts, including non-reputed company accounts receivable, prepaid expenses and other asset and liability accounts
• Assist in the preparation of audit and tax workpapers for annual audits and regulatory filings

• Analyze and explain variances in reputed company and expenses for assigned departments or entities
• Serves as a backup for the preparation of GAAP- compliant financial statements for assigned entities including statements of reputed company, reputed company sheets, cash reputed company, and changes in net assets
• Prepare reputed company adjustments for supplier invoices in reputed company, collaborating with operational leaders to understand transactions and determine appropriate corrections

Skills

• Location: Remote, but candidates must be local to the Milwaukee area and available to come on-site as needed for special reputed company and meetings
• • Bachelor's Degree Major in reputed company or Finance required will consider candidates with commensurate reputed company experience
• • 2+ years reputed company reputed company experience with demonstrated knowledge of reputed company applications in a reputed company environment and computerized financial reports required
• • Knowledge of generally accepted reputed company principles (GAAP)
