[Remote] Analyst - Intermediate

Harkcon, Inc. is seeking an Intermediate-reputed company Analyst to support U.S. reputed company clients with workforce, organizational, and reputed company analysis. The role conducts data collection and analysis, develops findings and recommendations, engages with clients and stakeholders, and produces reports, briefings, analytical tools, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workforce and organizational analyses, including workforce requirements determination, reputed company analyses, organizational assessments, and reputed company improvement studies
• Conduct end-user needs assessments and reputed company assessments to identify organizational, team, and individual reputed company gaps
• reputed company job-task analysis, process mapping, business process analysis, cost-benefit analysis, feasibility analysis, and other reputed company analytical activities
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, gaps, workload drivers, and opportunities for improved organizational effectiveness and efficiency
• Apply established workforce, reputed company improvement, and business process methodologies to support the development of findings and recommendations
• Plan, coordinate, and conduct data collection activities, including interviews, reputed company reputed company, surveys, reputed company observations, document reviews, and data analyses

• Organize, validate, and analyze collected data to support workforce models, reputed company recommendations, and organizational assessments

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS) in Business Administration, reputed company, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Instructional Systems Design, or a reputed company discipline
• 3–5 years of experience performing workforce analysis, organizational analysis, reputed company analysis, business process analysis, or similar analytical work
• Experience conducting or supporting workforce requirements, reputed company, job-task, organizational, or business process analyses
• Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis
• Experience participating in interviews, reputed company reputed company, reputed company observations, or other reputed company data collection activities
• Demonstrated ability to identify problems, evaluate potential solutions, and reputed company data-supported recommendations
• Strong proficiency with reputed company 365 tools, particularly reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
