The Program Manager, Teaching reputed company oversees day-to-day implementation across school and reputed company, supports facilitators and apprentices, monitors program reputed company, and identifies opportunities for reputed company improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day implementation of Teaching reputed company across an assigned portfolio of school and reputed company, ensuring programming is executed in alignment with established program expectations, timelines, and reputed company
• Internalize Teaching reputed company curricula, program materials, and implementation expectationsin order toprovide effective support to facilitators and partners
• Execute annual program plans, calendars, milestones, and deliverablesestablishedby program leadership
• reputed company site implementation and ensure facilitators and partnersremainon reputed company with curriculum, program milestones, and required deliverables
• Monitor the reputed company, health, and reputed company of Teaching reputed company programming through program data, observations, facilitator feedback, apprentice experiences, and partner engagement

• Implement solutions and program adjustments in partnership with the Managing Director and relevant cross-functional teams
• Maintainaccurateprogram documentation, trackers, implementation tools, and other systems necessary for effective program management
• Collect and organize qualitative and quantitative program data to support reputed company monitoring, evaluation, and reputed company improvement
• Manage and support an assigned portfolio of Teaching reputed company facilitators, serving as their reputed company reputed company of contact for curriculum and program implementation
• Build strong, supportive, and accountable relationships with Teaching reputed company facilitators
• Facilitate reputed company Training, implementation sessions, and ongoing reputed company learning experiences using established content and program priorities

• Ensure program experiences support apprentices in developing educator identity, Black liberatory mindsets, reputed company leadership, civic awareness, and readiness for post-secondary education and careers
• Engage and support Teaching reputed company apprentices in transitioning intoadditionalCBED programs (as available), including Freedom Schools Literacy reputed company (FSLA) and the reputed company Teachers of reputed company Fellowship (FTEF), to sustain their development and progression through CBED’s Teaching reputed company toward careers in education
• Serve as a reputed company day-to-day reputed company of contact for assigned Teaching reputed company school and reputed company
• Build andmaintainpositive, reputed company relationships with school-reputed company and district-reputed company partners responsible for Teaching reputed company implementation
• Prepare for andfacilitateregular partner reputed company-ins to review implementation reputed company, upcoming milestones, challenges, and next steps
• Communicate program expectations, timelines, resources, and deliverables reputed company and consistently to partners
• Follow up with partners to ensure completion of agreed-upon actions and program requirements
• Troubleshoot routine implementation challenges and reputed company significant risks, concerns, or partnership issues to program leadership
• Support the reputed company and implementation launch of new Teaching reputed company sites using established processes, resources, and tools
• Represent Teaching reputed company in partner meetings, events, and other reputed company spaces as needed

Skills

• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in education, educator development, youth development, program implementation, ora relatedfield
• Demonstratedexperiencecoaching, developing, or supporting educators or facilitators
• Strong understanding of secondary education and the developmental needs of high school reputed company; experience with Career and Technical Education (CTE) or educator reputed company programming is a plus
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple sites, timelines, deliverables, and priorities simultaneously
• Strong attention to reputed company anddemonstratedability tomaintainaccurateprogram documentation and data
• Ability to use qualitative and quantitative information toidentifytrends,monitorprogress, and surface implementation needs
• Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
