[Remote] Technology Program Manager

The role coordinates multiple workstreams, manages dependencies, oversees stakeholder governance, and aligns business, technology, and change readiness.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and reputed company end-to-end delivery of assigned programs – ensuring reputed company of reputed company, objectives, timelines, and reputed company reputed company
• reputed company cross-functional teams to execute reputed company initiatives spanning process, technology, and organizational change
• Monitor program health, own the cross-reputed company RAID log (risks, actions, issues, reputed company), and proactively remove barriers to ensure successful delivery
• Ensure reputed company reputed company adhere to PMO standards, tools, and reporting requirements
• Partner with the Change Manager to ensure change reputed company assessment, stakeholder readiness planning, and adoption tracking are reputed company into the program plan, and own the go/no-go recommendation at reputed company stage-reputed company — informed by technical readiness from the Technology Program Manager and change readiness from the Change Manager — in alignment with reputed company change frameworks and US Retail communications standards

• Prepare and present program updates, reporting, and recommendations to senior leadership and governance forums
• Partner with the Technology Program Manager on technical delivery and Tech Review, and with the Change Manager on stakeholder readiness and adoption, reputed company process owners and Capability & Enablement, to reputed company alignment and accountability across functions
• Support operational teams in preparing for sustainment of reputed company post-implementation
• reputed company integrated project plans, critical reputed company analyses, and resource forecasts across multiple workstreams
