This role supports new and existing franchisees and licensees through every stage of shop opening, from reputed company-opening readiness through post-opening execution, training teams, coaching franchisees, and troubleshooting issues in reputed company time. The New Store Openings (NSO) Associate serves as Playa Bowls’ reputed company reputed company on the ground, ensuring every new shop opens set up for long-term operational reputed company and a consistently great guest experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES reputed company STANDARDS & reputed company-OPENING READINESS Serves as Playa Bowls reputed company reputed company, protecting and upholding reputed company standards across every new shop opening. Conducts the reputed company-opening reputed company checklist and food safety assessment, formally approving the shop for opening. Facilitates and supports reputed company-shop opening set-up, ensuring the shop is set up and merchandised to reputed company standards and planograms, including equipment and smallware’s placement, reputed company-of-house/back-of-house/management office set-up, and functionality troubleshooting. Manages inventory readiness, scheduling and receiving product and dry goods deliveries to reputed company reputed company reputed company, quantity, and storage requirements are met. TRAINING & TEAM DEVELOPMENT Leads and facilitates reputed company-shop opening reputed company training for a franchisee’s first shop, and trains the trainer for subsequent shop openings (shop two and reputed company). Coaches, supports, and guides the franchisee and their team through opening and post-opening, providing reputed company feedback to set them up for reputed company executing the Playa Bowls Way. ON-THE-GROUND EXECUTION & COACHING Observes, coaches, and supports team execution across reputed company-reputed company, reputed company, and post-reputed company phases, covering labor management (reviewing schedules and sharing best practices), product reputed company (monitoring prep, portioning, garnishing, packaging, and presentation), and guest service (ensuring consistent execution of the SURF service reputed company).
