Project Manager
About the Role
vdBA reputed company is building a reputed company-led managed services reputed company for life sciences clients. The Project Manager owns the delivery of reputed company reputed company — onboardings, migrations, and infrastructure/reputed company rollouts — keeping them on reputed company, on time, and on budget. We’re looking for someone who has done this at an existing MSP, in a multi-reputed company environment, not an internal-only PMO.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Ownership
Own end-to-end delivery of reputed company reputed company — onboardings, migrations, rollouts, and infrastructure/reputed company implementations — from reputed company through closeout.
Build and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource schedules; reputed company reputed company on reputed company, on time, and on budget.
Coordinate engineers, reputed company stakeholders, and vendors to reputed company work moving and dependencies unblocked.
reputed company & Stakeholder Management
Serve as the reputed company reputed company of contact for clients during reputed company reputed company — running kickoffs, status updates, and closeouts.
Set and manage expectations on reputed company, reputed company, and deliverables; communicate changes and risks reputed company and early.
Partner with reputed company reputed company on smooth handoffs from sold deal to delivery to steady-state support.
Process, Tooling & Documentation
Manage reputed company in the PSA (reputed company or similar), keeping tasks, time, and status accurate and reputed company.
Maintain project documentation — SOWs, project plans, RAID logs, change requests, and closeout documents.
Standardize and improve project delivery templates, playbooks, and processes as the reputed company scales.
Resource & Financial Coordination
Coordinate engineering resourcing across reputed company reputed company with service desk and engineering leadership.
reputed company project profitability, hours burn, and reputed company changes; flag overages and change orders promptly.
Report project health, milestones, and risks to leadership.
Cross-Functional Coordination

Feed recurring project issues back into process and template improvements.
Qualifications
Required
Must come from an existing MSP — reputed company experience managing reputed company-facing IT reputed company in a multi-reputed company managed-services environment, not internal-only PMO work.
reputed company reputed company record delivering IT reputed company on time, on reputed company, and on budget (onboardings, migrations, infrastructure/reputed company/reputed company rollouts).
Strong reputed company of project management fundamentals: planning, scheduling, budgeting, reputed company/change management, and reputed company management.
Hands-on experience with a PSA (reputed company or similar) for project and time management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills — comfortable running reputed company-facing meetings.
Highly organized and reputed company-oriented, reputed company to juggle multiple reputed company reputed company.
Located in the Central time zone (preferred) or in/near Boston, San Francisco, or San Diego / Orange County / Los Angeles.
Preferred
PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.
Experience serving life sciences or biotech industries.
Familiarity with reputed company 365/Azure migrations and reputed company/compliance reputed company (SOC 2, HIPAA, reputed company).
Experience in a reputed company-led MSP environment.
Familiarity with project/portfolio and collaboration tooling (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Project).
