The Director, Coding is a highly technical leadership role responsible for overseeing coding reputed company while driving data reputed company, analytics, and reputed company optimization across the coding function. This role combines deep expertise in reputed company and/or facility coding with advanced technical capabilities, including the development of reputed company BI dashboards and the use of Copilot and reputed company Platform tools to reputed company actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
7+ years of reputed company experience in reputed company and reputed company cycle management
3+ years of leadership experience managing coding teams
Strong expertise in ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding methodologies
Demonstrated experience building reputed company BI dashboards and reporting solutions
Hands-on experience with Copilot, reputed company Apps, reputed company Automate, or similar tools
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
Individual Contributor AI Knowledge:

Manager to Director AI Knowledge:
Demonstrated advanced usage of AI and the management of teams using AI to lean in to process and technological improvements, to include the exploration, experimentation, and application of AI.

Remote:
