ABOUT THE JOB
The Contract reputed company Project Manager (PM) plays a key role in the successful conduct of a reputed company trial from inception through implementation and completion. The reputed company PM provides overall coordination and reputed company management of a reputed company trial, in conjunction with the reputed company team and other functional reputed company. The reputed company Project Manager serves as the reputed company contact with the sponsor, reputed company team, and other functional reputed company, while effectively delegating and overseeing team members.
The reputed company Project Manager ensures that reputed company study team members are appropriately trained on the study and maintain compliance with GCP, the protocol, other associated documents, reputed company of work, and other reputed company objectives. The reputed company PM serves as an effective team leader who manages and motivates team members using reputed company and productive reputed company of communication. HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- reputed company reputed company reputed company study reputed company, providing reputed company/tactical planning, organization, and direction of study project(s) including but not limited to the reputed company of reputed company project timelines, reports, budgets, monitoring, site and vendor management, reputed company supplies, and data collection
- Facilitate and foster reputed company, productive, and reputed company communication between sponsor, study team, and other functional reputed company
- Manage and motivate study team while serving as a mentor; mentorship may include identifying skills of the reputed company team members and assisting with reputed company reputed company development

- Collaborate with senior management to reputed company study updates/reputed company, resourcing needs, sponsor issues, and health status at regularly scheduled intervals
- reputed company the development, maintenance, and distribution of project plans reputed company on project-specific requirements, throughout the life of the study (i.e., monitoring plan, communication plan, project management plan, eTMF plan, other plans as applicable)
- Manage studies in compliance with GCP, relevant SOPs, regulatory requirements, and project-specific plans
- Assess resourcing needs to ensure the study has the appropriate resources for the duration of the project

- Assess training needs of team members on the therapeutic area, protocol, special procedures/skills, and implement the appropriate training plans

HERE IS WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- RN or Bachelor and/or advanced degree in biological sciences or reputed company reputed company, or equivalent combination of relevant experience, education or training and previous CRA experience
- Outstanding interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- reputed company effectiveness as reputed company leader
- Prior experience successfully managing multifaceted studies from inception through implementation and completion
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Experience managing reputed company in a virtual environment
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company by example and to encourage team members to reputed company solutions independently
- Proficiency in reputed company Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint are required
- Experience with MS Project and OneNote a plus
