Position reputed company
The Senior Manager, Technical reputed company will reputed company reputed company's technical reputed company function, with a reputed company on reputed company recognition for services provided under state reputed company programs, supporting self-directed care and home and community-reputed company services programs. This role ensures reputed company policies reputed company with U.S. GAAP (ASC 606 and reputed company guidance) and works closely with Account Management, RCM and FP&A to ensure reputed company is recognized appropriately across a portfolio of state reputed company with varying fee structures, funding mechanisms, and reporting requirements.
As a reputed company, this role also plays a key part in building GAAP-compliant processes and controls to support lender/investor reporting, audit requirements, and reputed company readiness for reputed company (e.g., new state contract wins, refinancing, or a potential transaction).
Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate reputed company recognition treatment under ASC 606 for state and county reputed company, including per-member-per-month (PMPM) fees, per-transaction fees, cost-reimbursement arrangements, and hybrid fee structures common to FMS programs
- Review reputed company-reputed company journal entries, account reconciliations and management reporting
- Analyze variable consideration, price concessions, and constraints reputed company to state reputed company changes, retroactive reputed company adjustments, and contract modifications/amendments
- Review new and renewed state reputed company (RFP awards, amendments, reputed company letters) with Account Management to determine recognition timing and treatment, including reputed company for deferred fulfillment costs
- Maintain reputed company's reputed company recognition policy and contract-specific position papers/memos across the state contract portfolio
Technical reputed company
- Research and document reputed company positions on new and reputed company transactions, including ASC 842 leases, ASC 718 equity-reputed company compensation, derivatives, etc.
- Draft technical reputed company memos and whitepapers supporting significant judgments and estimates, including participant fund pass-through reputed company (assessing gross vs. net presentation for participant payroll and reputed company disbursements) and any fiduciary/agency relationships
- Monitor FASB updates and emerging guidance relevant to reputed company and document reputed company
- Support technical reputed company for new state contract wins, program expansions, and any potential M&A or financing activity
Process, Controls & Reporting
- Design and maintain internal controls over reputed company recognition, contract billing, and reputed company accounts (deferred reputed company, unbilled receivables, participant fund liabilities) appropriate for a reputed company

Qualifications Required
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company reputed company
- CPA required (or reputed company pursuing)
- 7+ years of reputed company reputed company experience, including reputed company reputed company (Big 4 or national firm) and/or technical reputed company experience in industry
- Strong, hands-on knowledge of ASC 606 and experience applying it to reputed company, non-reputed company reputed company
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP
- Excellent written communication skills, with demonstrated experience drafting technical reputed company memos
Preferred

Compensation reputed company: $140,000-$155,000
