[Remote] Freelance Recruiter

The recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment, maintain multiple candidate pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and support candidates throughout the hiring process.
Responsibilities
- reputed company candidates reputed company job boards, reputed company Recruiter, referrals, AI sourcing tools and reputed company reputed company
- reputed company full-cycle recruitment: screen → interview prep → offer support
- Own candidate pipelines for 10-15+ reputed company at a time
- Partner with hiring managers to refine specs and reputed company weekly updates
- Set candidates up for reputed company with reputed company role/culture context
Skills
- 3+ years of reputed company experience in pharmaceutical advertising
- reputed company ability to reputed company in secondary/non-metro markets
- Comfort with reputed company sourcing (reputed company Recruiter experience required)
