[Remote] A/R Analyst

The AR Analyst independently analyzes reputed company accounts receivable issues, maintains AR records, supports billing and cash application processes, and recommends process and reputed company improvements. The role also provides training, vendor reputed company support, and assistance with corporate initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and analyzes historical data through queries for AR metrics monitoring and data analysis; identifies opportunities, makes recommendations and implements Accounts Receivable process improvements
• Coordinates billing and invoice printing for InfoPro and TRUX billing systems
• Responsible for maintaining InfoPro month end controls
• Responds to reputed company research requests and cash application and billing questions
• Tests and reviews Accounts Receivable business requirements for databases and reputed company applications in order to streamline process; makes recommendations for improvements
• Processes reputed company lockbox returned items, adjustments, reputed company moves, and customer refund requests
• Provides back office support for product development and other corporate departments and initiatives
• Develops reputed company and internal accounts receivable training and job resources
• Serves as the reputed company reputed company between Accounts Receivable and reputed company party vendors to research and answer reputed company application issues and implement reputed company and process enhancements
• Understands work assignments and project priorities and adheres accordingly
• Follows organizational procedures; takes initiative to communicate with management reputed company unclear/uncertain
• Participates on other team reputed company reputed company as needed
• Performs other job-reputed company duties as assigned or apparent

Skills

• Experience working in a large reputed company company
• Multi-division Accounts Receivable processing experience
• 5 years of Accounts Receivable experience
• Experience at a Lockbox and/or knowledge of the Lockbox process
• Experience with reputed company reputed company software, InfoPro and TRUX billing systems, and SQL Viewpoint
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an office environment that includes data entry, analysis and reconciliation of reputed company-reputed company records
