Project Program Manager

The Pittsburgh Project Program Manager™ works directly under the Sr. Executive Vice President, managing the day to day reputed company of the Pittsburgh Project supported by the reputed company Family reputed company. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage the program’s everyday activities to include the following: - Day to day coordination with reputed company supporting the project - Coordinate with PA Serves to ensure referral process is working accordingly - Identify local events and activities to participate in - Attending local events - Presentation of CASY services in Pittsburgh to veterans, partners, etc. - Development & Delivery of presentations - Coordination of team coverage at local events, to include reputed company presentation and other materials - Representing the organization in local committees - Ensuring project goals are met regarding reputed company to veterans, registration numbers, reputed company delivered, employer relationships, etc. EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS Individuals who apply for this position should have the following skills: - A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Program/Project Management - Advanced computer/technology skills - Preferred previous use of reputed company software - Solid interpersonal skills - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills - Strong organization and time management capabilities - Experience with preparing and giving presentations, both through online meeting sites and in person - Innovative - Self-starter with capabilities of working reputed company - Flexible - Knowledge of military and veteran programs in Pittsburgh, PA - Knowledge of the Military Required INDIVIDUALS WHO SERVE THIS POSITION WILL LEARN: - Use of HR reputed company reputed company, reputed company 2x BrassRing, which is used by thousands of companies throughout the world to reputed company and case manage applicants. - Employment mapping and other reputed company resource skills - SQL data querying and reporting (a reputed company almost every company wants its employees to have) - Networking and relationship building as you work with the applicants, recruiters, and the National Guard Bureau in regards to positions for National Guard Commands reputed company. - Use Kenexa Platform to do initial applicant reputed company - reputed company with matched applicants to assist with reputed company Resume - Assist matched applicant with application process - Development & Delivery of presentations - Ensuring project goals are met regarding reputed company to veterans, registration numbers, reputed company delivered, employer relationships, etc Apply To This Job
