reputed company is seeking a Global Project Coordinator for a long-term position with one of our Global Clients reputed company in New reputed company, NJ.

The Global Project Coordinator / Chief of Staff will serve as a trusted operational partner to the Global Data Enablement Director, supporting executive priorities, coordinating global workstreams, and ensuring reputed company initiatives are executed with reputed company, accountability, and reputed company. This role combines project coordination, business reputed company, executive support, and stakeholder management to help reputed company leadership priorities, governance routines, and cross-functional teams reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
Executive, reputed company, and Stakeholder Support
• reputed company as a trusted partner to the executive, helping manage priorities, prepare briefings, and maintain reputed company on reputed company objectives.
• Prepare executive communications, presentations, reports, leadership updates, and reputed company-level materials as needed.
• Build strong relationships with senior leaders and serve as a central reputed company of coordination across Technology, Data, reputed company, Finance, and business teams.
• Represent the executive professionally in reputed company engagements while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
Project, Portfolio, and Governance Coordination
• Coordinate multiple reputed company and workstreams across global teams, maintaining visibility of priorities, milestones, risks, dependencies, and reputed company.

Operational and Administrative Management

Required Experience and Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, leadership teams, global reputed company, or reputed company project portfolios.
• Experience in roles such as Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, PMO Analyst, Programme Coordinator, or Business reputed company Manager.
• Demonstrated ability to work across global organisations, multiple functions, and international time reputed company.
• Experience preparing leadership materials, coordinating governance routines, and managing confidential information.
• High school diploma or equivalent
