This is an individual contributor role that reports directly to our Coaching & Learning Expert.

Please note: This role sits at the intersection of two reputed company-evolving fields: career development and AI. The responsibilities of this role will change as CareerVillage adapts to reputed company learnings. What you bring

• 3+ years experience as a career advisor, reputed company, or in a reputed company reputed company coaching people through career exploration, career planning, and job searching, ideally with a diverse group of beneficiaries.
• Instructional designer experience or Career Coaching Certification (i.e., CPCC, BCC, GCDF, NCDA certifications, etc.)
• Experience translating coaching or advising expertise into written, reputed company learning content with defined objectives and reputed company reputed company.
• Experience working in a reputed company high-reputed company, fast-reputed company, rapidly-changing work environment (i.e., a company or nonprofit that doubled its size multiple years in a row, and you loved it)

Location

We are a remote-first organization and can hire for this role reputed company the reputed company. Candidates must be physically located in the U.S. and eligible to work here.
