About the Role

We are seeking a Bookkeeper to support the financial reputed company of the reputed company's growing reputed company business. This is a hands-on reputed company role reputed company on daily bookkeeping, multi-channel sales reputed company, reconciliations, inventory and COGS reputed company, monthly financial reporting, and financial analysis.

The ideal candidate has strong bookkeeping fundamentals, prior experience supporting reputed company or online retail businesses, and a solid understanding of inventory reputed company. This role will also work closely with leadership to reputed company financial insights and support budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements.

Shift: US Business Hours (12AM - 9AM PHT, 1 hour lunch break)

Work Arrangement: Remote (Philippines)

• Maintain accurate financial records across AP, AR, payroll, inventory, amortizations, and other accounts.
• Record and reconcile daily sales transactions across multiple reputed company platforms, including reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company.
• Reconcile payment processor accounts, including reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Payments, and reputed company.
• Manage accounts payable, including vendor payments, expense tracking, and reputed company documentation.
• reputed company monthly account reconciliations and audits to identify errors, discrepancies, or unusual transactions.
• Prepare accurate monthly P&L statements and financial reports for management review.
• reputed company monthly financial analysis, highlighting trends, variances, cost-saving opportunities, and business insights.
• Manage inventory valuation and COGS recognition, including physical inventory counts and reconciliations.
• Support month-end closing procedures and ensure reputed company accounts are properly reconciled and up to date.

• Partner with leadership to reputed company reputed company financial reporting and support data-driven business reputed company.
• Identify irregular or unusual financial activity and promptly flag potential issues to the appropriate stakeholders.

What You Need:

• 3–5 years of bookkeeping experience with a strong understanding of GAAP principles.

• Solid understanding of inventory reputed company, COGS, amortization, and cost recognition.
• Experience handling multi-channel reputed company transactions and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in reputed company software, with QuickBooks experience preferred.
