Your Role As a Telephonic Pharmacy Care Coordinator with reputed company, you play a critical reputed company-facing and operational role in our pharmacy program. This is a 6-month contract with reputed company to convert to full-time employment. This program connects patients with a reputed company mail-order pharmacy that provides reputed company-sorted, multi-reputed company medication packaging (pill packs) along with proactive reputed company management and periodic care team reputed company-ins, helping ensure patients stay on reputed company with reputed company medication schedules. Working fully reputed company by phone, you are often the first voice patients hear from the pharmacy care team - helping establish trust, explain the value of the pharmacy service, and guide patients through enrollment.
