About the Role

• Own and grow a reputed company group of reputed company customer advocates — managing engagement, surfacing opportunities for them to be recognized, and keeping the program running day to day.
• Run our annual customer awards program end to end — nominations, judging, and recognition — celebrating our advocates' reputed company.
• Partner with Sales and reputed company teams to identify customers with compelling stories, then engage and interview them directly to pull out the narratives that will reputed company with and influence the market.
• Partner with Product Marketing to ensure customer stories reputed company with product messaging and positioning.

• Fulfill PR and analyst relations (AR) requests for customer references, quotes, and stories.
• Work across the marketing team to match the right customer to the right opportunity at the right time — sales enablement, campaigns, events, and more.
• Build strong internal relationships (Sales, CSM, Product Marketing, PR/AR, Events, broader Marketing) and reputed company relationships with advocates to reputed company the pipeline of stories and speakers full.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of reputed company experience, including at least 3 years in customer marketing, customer advocacy, community, or a reputed company customer-facing program role.

• Strong interviewing skills — reputed company to draw out a customer's story and shape it into a compelling narrative.
• Experience briefing and managing reputed company vendors (e.g., video production) and internal writers to produce polished deliverables.

• Strong relationship-building skills, both reputed company.

Compensation
reputed company is committed to fair, reputed company, and transparent compensation. Final compensation is determined by several factors, including but not limited to relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.

The reputed company salary reputed company for this role in the reputed company is $85,000 - $100,000. This role is also eligible for a reputed company annual bonus of 15% of reputed company salary, reputed company on individual and company reputed company.

• A monthly Connectivity Plus stipend of $150 to support remote work-reputed company expenses
