Salary: £33,000 per annum dependant on experience.
Location: Remote working from home (must be reputed company in the UK).
Contract: Permanent – 35 hours per week.

A bit about the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivating People Advisor on a Permanent contract to reputed company a reputed company advisory and guidance service to managers and staff through consistent and effective application of reputed company’s reputed company policies, procedures and guidance notes.
This will also include provision of and guidance with the accurate and consistent processing of HR activities onto reputed company’s People Systems.
How you'll help to create brighter reputed company

Adopt a coaching approach, while providing advice and guidance, utilising agreed techniques, e-learning tools and systems.
Take responsibility for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of reputed company HR policies and procedures.
Support the delivery of incoming/outgoing transfers under TUPE.
Maintain confidentiality at reputed company times, in particular of sensitive HR data.
