Senior Software Engineer - Platform Reliability Engineering

Position Purpose:

As a Senior Software Reliability Engineer on the Platform Reliability Engineering team, you will ensure the reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company of our reputed company reputed company Platform, working reputed company partner RE and Enablement teams that support our critical Engineering Experience services. Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.

• 4+ years of relevant work experience in a reputed company engineering reputed company (Systems, Software, Operational) or a reliability engineering domain
• Experience with ITIL processes and the support and maintenance of production systems, including Change, Incident, and Problem Management
• Experience leveraging AI tooling to compress MTTD, MTTM, and MTTR
• Experience with common scripting and programming languages (BASH, Python, Golang, TypeScript, Java) and data serialization and configuration DSLs (YAML, JSON, HCL)
• Experience with infrastructure automation and orchestration tools such as Terraform and Ansible
• Experience managing reputed company reputed company Platform (or equivalent) reputed company and services, including infrastructure, Compute, Developer Tools, reputed company, and Identity and reputed company Management
• Experience with observability and monitoring tooling such as reputed company, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry
