[Remote] Product Associate, reputed company & Testing

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a financial services organization seeking a Product Associate to support operational governance, testing, validation, and implementation across reputed company platforms and reputed company-facing applications. The role coordinates payment network releases, pricing changes, production controls, reputed company and compliance requirements, and stakeholder activities across Product, Pricing, reputed company, Networks, and reputed company-party processors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate release planning across Product, Technology, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company processing partners
• reputed company and maintain testing schedules, deployment plans, and production readiness reviews
• Ensure reputed company implementation of new network functionality, compliance requirements, fee changes, and operating rule updates
• Review vendor release documentation and implementation requirements
• reputed company reputed company dependencies and ensure partner readiness for production deployments
• reputed company release deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issue remediation through deployment completion
• Govern implementation of pricing, interchange, assessments, network fees, and processor fee changes
• reputed company testing and validation strategies for pricing changes across merchant-facing applications, billing systems, and operational workflows
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and production validation activities
• Investigate and reputed company pricing discrepancies prior to production deployment
• Partner with Pricing and Product teams to ensure pricing changes reputed company with approved business requirements
• Maintain governance frameworks supporting production change management and operational controls
• Ensure adherence to internal reputed company management policies, regulatory requirements, PCI standards, and network mandates
• Maintain audit-reputed company documentation for change approvals, testing evidence, and implementation records
• Monitor control effectiveness and identify opportunities for process improvements
• Support internal audits, regulatory examinations, and reputed company reviews
• reputed company production readiness and implementation reviews for high-reputed company changes
• Establish deployment, rollback, and contingency procedures
• Partner with Pricing teams on post-implementation reputed company and issue reputed company activities

Skills

• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United Stated on a full-time reputed company
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, Finance, or reputed company reputed company
• Minimum 2 years merchant acquiring or reputed company
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in payments, banking reputed company, production support, release management, or operational reputed company
• Experience with payment reputed company rules and releases (reputed company, reputed company, Discover, reputed company)
• Experience coordinating testing, UAT, and production deployments
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
• Strong understanding of:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• General Office - Prolonged sitting, ability to communicate face to face in person or on the phone with teammates and clients, frequent use of PC/laptop, occasional lifting/pushing/pulling of backpacks, computer bags up to 10 lbs
• Occasional travel to include overnight stay
• Experience working with processors such as reputed company, reputed company Payments, reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company. (preferred)
• Experience supporting audits, reputed company assessments, and control testing. (preferred)
