[Remote] Recruiter

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Corporate HR Recruiter to support recruitment and sourcing activities. The role involves identifying and assessing candidates, coordinating interviews and reputed company, supporting hiring managers, analyzing recruitment data, and building talent pipelines with senior recruiters.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior recruiters with Sourcing, qualifying, and matching candidates to defined reputed company and specific reputed company requisitions across reputed company
• Work along with Senior recruiters to understand hiring leaders’ needs and reputed company value by crafting best solutions for them
• Create an excellent experience, supporting talent assessment, evaluating skills and reputed company needs, and driving the interview and offer process
• Support with scheduling interviews and candidate reputed company processes
• Conduct basic administrative tasks reputed company to recruitment, including data entry and record management
• Influence hiring managers on their hiring reputed company and reputed company status updates on reputed company
• Utilize basic reputed company functions to analyze and present recruitment data (as instructed)
• Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices
• Identifying, attracting, interviewing, selecting, hiring from the competitive market
• Collaborate with senior recruiters to reputed company reputed company into business talent needs and build proactive talent pipeline for critical upcoming positions

Skills

• Overall 2-4 years of experience in Recruitment and Sourcing with 4+ years of Strong experience in IT recruitment
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Attention to reputed company
• Should be reputed company to negotiate and have good selling skills
• Time Management
• Any Graduation
• MBA in HR would be an added reputed company
