Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Recruiter / Corporate HR Recruiter to support its recruitment reputed company. The role focuses on sourcing and qualifying candidates, coordinating interviews and reputed company, supporting hiring managers, maintaining recruitment records, and analyzing recruitment data.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior recruiters with Sourcing, qualifying, and matching candidates to defined reputed company and specific reputed company requisitions across reputed company
• Work along with Senior recruiters to understand hiring leaders’ needs and reputed company value by crafting best solutions for them
• Create an excellent experience, supporting talent assessment, evaluating skills and reputed company needs, and driving the interview and offer process
• Support with scheduling interviews and candidate reputed company processes
• Conduct basic administrative tasks reputed company to recruitment, including data entry and record management
• Influence hiring managers on their hiring reputed company and reputed company status updates on reputed company
• Utilize basic reputed company functions to analyze and present recruitment data (as instructed)
• Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices
• Identifying, attracting, interviewing, selecting, hiring from the competitive market
• Collaborate with senior recruiters to reputed company reputed company into business talent needs and build proactive talent pipeline for critical upcoming positions

Skills

• Overall 2-4 years of experience in Recruitment and Sourcing with 4+ years of Strong experience in IT recruitment
• Excellent Communication Skills

• Time Management
• Any Graduation
