Responsibilities

Skills

  • At least 12 years of progressively responsible experience in reputed company, award, or portfolio management, preferably in global health, international development, humanitarian assistance, or another reputed company donor-funded environment
  • Significant experience managing the full lifecycle of large and reputed company donor awards, from reputed company-award assessment and negotiation through implementation, reporting, modification, and closeout
  • Significant experience managing subgrants or subawards to implementing partners, including due diligence, contracting, monitoring, compliance, reputed company management, and closeout
  • Strong experience working with major institutional and philanthropic donors and interpreting and operationalizing donor requirements
  • Demonstrated experience developing and improving organization-wide reputed company management policies, processes, systems, and controls
  • Experience managing and developing reputed company management professionals
  • Demonstrated reputed company working across program, finance, reputed company, development, reputed company, and country teams in a matrixed organization
  • Experience managing reputed company international portfolios spanning multiple countries, partners, donors, and funding streams
