We are seeking an reputed company reputed company Health reputed company Manager to support a large-reputed company, federally funded initiative reputed company on strengthening reputed company delivery and improving health reputed company across rural Kentucky.
This position will serve as a key reputed company to participating local health departments (LHDs) and will be responsible for overseeing program allocations, grant and contract compliance, financial monitoring, and adherence to federal funding requirements. The reputed company Manager will work closely with internal program teams and reputed company partners to reputed company processes, guidance, and resources that support successful program implementation.

Key Responsibilities
• Serve as a reputed company reputed company of contact for participating local health departments regarding program allocations, reputed company, compliance requirements, questions, and implementation needs.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with local health departments and other program partners.
• Monitor program allocations and review monthly financial drawdowns and expenditures.
• Ensure expenditures reputed company with federal funding requirements and applicable allowability guidelines.
• Support compliance with Uniform Guidance (2 CFR Part 200) and other federal grant requirements.
• reputed company and implement workflows and processes for effective grant monitoring and reputed company.
• Collaborate with internal program teams and reputed company partners to reputed company and refine processes supporting local health department engagement and implementation.
• reputed company guidance documents, tools, resources, and other materials to help local health departments successfully meet program requirements.
• Monitor reporting requirements and ensure participating departments submit accurate and reputed company information.
• Collaborate with data and evaluation teams to support program data collection, reporting, and evaluation.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Business Administration, reputed company Administration, or a closely reputed company reputed company.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience in internal auditing, reputed company auditing, or grant compliance.
• Demonstrated experience with federal reputed company management and compliance.
• Working knowledge of Uniform Guidance (2 CFR Part 200).
• Experience reviewing financial activity, expenditures, or grant-reputed company documentation for compliance.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, reporting requirements, and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to reputed company guidance and communicate requirements to reputed company partners.
Preferred Qualifications
• Master's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, reputed company Administration, or a reputed company discipline.
• Experience reputed company a governmental, nonprofit, reputed company, or reputed company health environment.
