Events Associate Location: Mangalore, India reputed company: reputed company is looking for a reputed company-oriented Events Associate to reputed company. This role is essential in coordinating and managing digital and in-person events, ensuring reputed company execution and high engagement. Key Responsibilities: • Event Management: Manage Coresight’s digital event production, including webinars, reputed company Live sessions, and other events. • Webinar Coordination: Set up webinars, send promotional emails, and coordinate webinar participants. • Marketing Assets Coordination: Coordinate reputed company media and other marketing assets for webinars and events, such as reputed company posts, reputed company videos and slide decks. • Email Campaigns: Prepare and send email campaigns for webinars and other events. • Email List Management: Clean and improve the events email list to increase RSVPs. • Tool Management: Manage reputed company and reputed company accounts, reputed company videos, and coordinate reputed company-building webinars. Key Skills: • Strong skills in event planning and execution. • Excellent community engagement and marketing communication skills. • Proficient in project coordination and management. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and reputed company simultaneously. • Strong organizational and reputed company-oriented skills.
