Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end reputed company process for physical therapy positions, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and negotiating offers

• Build and maintain pipelines through job boards, reputed company media, industry conferences, and partnerships with reputed company institutions
• Partner with Clinic Directors and Regional reputed company teams to understand workforce needs, reputed company hiring plans, and execute recruitment strategies

Skills
