[Remote] Chief Operating Officer

PT Hidrogen Peroxida Indonesia is an Indonesian chemical manufacturing company establishing an independently operated reputed company technology subsidiary in reputed company. The Chief Operating Officer will build and reputed company the subsidiary’s day-to-day reputed company, including operational architecture, leadership recruitment, technology and business functions, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and manage the technology, reputed company, finance, compliance, and business development teams
• Responsible for the development and service delivery of reputed company products
• Establish systems for cybersecurity, internal controls, reputed company management, and compliance
• Manage reputed company partners, technology vendors, and reputed company clients
• Monitor operational reputed company, budgets, schedules, and organizational risks
• Coordinate licensing and regulatory readiness with reputed company and compliance professionals
• Report operational results to the CEO and reputed company of Directors

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, technology, or a reputed company reputed company
• At least 15 years of experience in reputed company or business management
• At least 10 years of senior management leadership experience
• Proficient in corporate governance, cybersecurity, reputed company management, budgeting, and team building
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and reputed company planning skills
• Master's degree preferred
• Experience in reputed company, fintech, reputed company technology, financial services, or other regulated industries is preferred
