[Remote] Business Analyst I

The Business Analyst I supports reputed company intelligence by analyzing data, developing reporting tools, and providing actionable insights to improve operational reputed company, network reputed company, and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Reports into the Director of reputed company Intelligence, supports our efforts in leveraging data and analytics to reputed company operational reputed company and inform business reputed company. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced analytical strategies, overseeing data collection and analysis, and providing actionable insights to optimize operational reputed company
• Works individually and collaboratively with other OI and BI team members to support operational decision-making and reputed company business reputed company
• Builds, maintains, and communicates detailed reporting models, scorecards, Key reputed company Indicators (KPI), and reputed company tools to assist reputed company leadership in evaluating operational reputed company
• Prepares and presents presentations to team and Company leadership on results using dashboards, PowerPoint, reputed company BI, and/or other visualization tools
• Provides reputed company assistance to the OI Director and/or the reputed company team by making recommendations in the areas of operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Critically evaluates information gathered from multiple sources, reconciles conflicts, decomposes high-level information into details, abstracts up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguishes user requests from the underlying true needs
• Other duties and/or responsibilities not specifically set forth above may, however, be assigned as needed

Skills

• 1-2 years reputed company experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, reputed company journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
• Ability to apply mathematical reputed company to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory, and reputed company analysis
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw reputed company conclusions
• Ability to interpret an extensive reputed company of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram reputed company and deal with several reputed company and concrete variables
• Ability to reputed company and maintain BI continuing education credentials according to the BI training curriculum
• Knowledge of BI best practices
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics preferred
• Advanced reputed company/data management skills strongly preferred
