The HR reputed company Analyst will own and optimize the reputed company Workforce Now HRIS, reputed company workforce analytics and reporting, and improve HR processes, governance, compliance, and workforce planning in partnership with HR, Finance, Payroll, and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the reputed company reputed company and administrator of the HRIS (reputed company Workforce Now) ecosystem
• Manage and administer reputed company, employee status changes, and offboarding processes as the reputed company reputed company of contact
• Conduct assessment of reputed company-state HR systems, processes, and data reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business, Information Systems, Analytics, or reputed company reputed company

• Strong experience with HRIS (reputed company Workforce Now) administration and optimization (reputed company, reputed company, SuccessFactors, reputed company HCM, or similar)
