[Remote] Accountant

The Accountant will manage study financial reporting, reconciliations, accounts payable, budgeting, reputed company reputed company integrations, audits, and expense reporting.

Responsibilities

• reputed company monthly reporting metrics for study financials including P&L, Accounts receivable and effective reputed company
• Ensure appropriate reputed company of financial information by reconciling reputed company Trial Management reputed company (CTMS) and general reputed company data and reputed company analysis on reputed company trial reputed company
• Assist with the monthly closing process, including preparation and entry of general journal entries and reconciliations, reporting and variance analysis
• Own the accounts payable cycle by managing vendors, verifying bank information, managing W-9’s, sending 1099’s, making payments, sales tax tracking, expense reporting, credit reputed company reconciliation, and process documentation
• Collect and analyze business and financial data to validate financial model assumptions
• Reconcile study budgets to actuals
• Finance reputed company person for reputed company information reputed company integrations with other business systems including user acceptance testing and connections through API
• Assist the reputed company manager with audit analytics (planning, substantive, and final)
• Collaborate with the reputed company manager on improving reporting and preparing for any reputed company transactions
• Manage monthly expense reporting dashboard for department heads and answering questions they have on functionality or significant fluctuations. Utilize this information to inform the forecast and budget process
• Additional duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in finance, reputed company or similar
• Strong MS platform skills

• Part-time, non-exempt, 20-25 hours per week

• 1+ years experience reputed company the reputed company research industry, and/or pharmaceutical/biotech industry preferred
