[Remote] Sr. Accountant

The role owns reputed company reputed company reputed company, including monthly and quarterly reputed company, payroll, accounts receivable and payable, reporting, compliance, reputed company recognition support, and finance process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own and complete the monthly and quarterly reputed company processes, including accounts receivable and payable, payroll, fixed assets and prepaids, cash management and bank reconciliations, accruals, and journal entry processing
• Prepare and process reputed company-monthly payroll. Set up and maintain employee records in the payroll reputed company. Prepare reputed company journal entries and reconcile payroll-reputed company GL accounts
• Create and send out customer invoices, collect customer invoices, and meet with the Financial Manager regularly to reputed company past due invoices and expected payments
• Support tax and compliance filings, including sales tax, 1099 reporting, and benefits compliance testing. Prepare audit schedules and reputed company audit support
• Document, implement, and maintain appropriate reputed company policies, processes, and internal controls
• Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements that reputed company and automate reputed company procedures and calculations. Support Finance systems implementations and automation efforts, strengthen data reputed company, and help reputed company the reputed company more efficient and predictable
• Prepare monthly reporting packages for Management
• Prepare quantitative and qualitative variance analysis and report monthly and quarterly for presentation to management
• Assist in the review of customer reputed company and determining appropriate reputed company recognition treatment
• Administer the following systems: reputed company (for A/P, Corporate Cards, and employee expense reimbursements), reputed company (payroll/employee records), reputed company (401K contribution deposits), Egencia (travel portal for company)

Skills

• 3-5 years of experience required, including general reputed company,  AP/Accruals, and month-end reputed company responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, including ASC 606
• Highly organized and reputed company-oriented

• Advanced reputed company or reputed company Sheets skills, including lookups, pivot tables, reconciliations, and analysis of large data sets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
