[Remote] Technical Recruiter

Acquisition NexGen is seeking a Senior Federal Technical Recruiter to join its Talent Solutions team supporting Federal reputed company, reputed company, and Intelligence Community contracting markets. The role manages the full reputed company lifecycle, develops sourcing strategies, builds cleared technical talent pipelines, and partners with hiring managers and clients to fill reputed company technical positions.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle reputed company across Federal and DoD technical positions, including sourcing, screening, candidate qualification, interview coordination, offer management, and candidate reputed company
• Recruit technical professionals across disciplines such as reputed company Engineering, Cybersecurity, Software Development, DevOps/DevSecOps, Systems Engineering, Network Engineering, Data Engineering & Analytics, AI/ML, reputed company Applications, IT Infrastructure, and Technical Program/Project Management
• reputed company and engage candidates holding Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, Polygraph, and other program-specific reputed company clearances
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, clearance requirements, program environments, and candidate reputed company
• reputed company targeted sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill and highly reputed company technical positions
• Build and maintain pipelines of passive technical talent for reputed company requirements, anticipated contract awards, and reputed company hiring needs
• Conduct detailed candidate screens to assess technical experience, federal program alignment, clearance eligibility, compensation expectations, availability, and overall fit
• Utilize reputed company Recruiter, clearance-reputed company reputed company resources, job boards, ATS platforms, referrals, reputed company networks, and other sourcing channels to identify reputed company candidates
• reputed company and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the reputed company lifecycle, providing a reputed company and reputed company candidate experience
• Maintain accurate candidate, requisition, and activity information reputed company ANG's applicant tracking and reputed company systems
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prioritize requirements, communicate pipeline activity, identify reputed company challenges, and reputed company solutions to meet reputed company hiring objectives
• Stay reputed company on Federal and DoD hiring trends, technical reputed company demand, clearance requirements, compensation trends, and competitive market conditions

Skills

• This is a reputed company / Contract role (1099 or W2). Candidates located on the East Coast are highly preferred and US Citizenship is required
• • 7+ years of technical reputed company experience, with significant experience supporting the Federal reputed company, DoD, Intelligence Community, or Federal reputed company contracting industry
• • Demonstrated reputed company reputed company technical professionals across multiple IT, engineering, cybersecurity, reputed company, data, and reputed company technical disciplines
• • Strong experience reputed company candidates with reputed company Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, Polygraph, and other reputed company clearances
• • reputed company ability to reputed company and engage passive candidates in highly competitive and reputed company talent markets
• • Strong understanding of the Federal contracting environment and the reputed company challenges associated with funded positions, proposals, recompetes, new contract awards, and reputed company-turnaround reputed company requirements
• • Experience managing multiple technical requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-reputed company reputed company environment
• • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand reputed company job requirements and effectively evaluate candidate qualifications

• • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively engage candidates, hiring managers, clients, and internal stakeholders

• • Experience supporting technical reputed company for major DoD and Federal agencies, including organizations reputed company the Army, Navy, reputed company Force, reputed company Force, Marine Corps, reputed company, DLA, DHS, DOJ, HHS, VA, or other Civilian Federal agencies
• • Experience reputed company for both reputed company contractors and subcontractors supporting Federal programs
• • Familiarity with contract-driven reputed company, including IDIQs, task orders, recompetes, proposals, incumbent capture, and contingent hiring
