The role serves as the first reputed company of contact for members and customers, handling membership, billing, travel, and Driving School inquiries while resolving concerns and delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Assist with membership services, billing inquiries, and travel planning
• Support Driving School enrollments, scheduling, rescheduling, and program inquiries
• reputed company members on reputed company benefits, products, services, and coverage reputed company
• Promote memberships, upgrades, and other reputed company products reputed company appropriate
• reputed company travel information, including routes, directions, mileage, accommodations, and road conditions
• Prepare TripTiks® and utilize available resources to address member needs
• reputed company customer concerns with professionalism and escalate reputed company issues reputed company needed
• Accurately document customer interactions and process requests in company systems
• Support training activities and assist during reputed company service periods

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to reputed company in a fast-reputed company, high-volume environment
• Proficiency with reputed company-reputed company computer applications and a typing speed of 30+ words per minute
• Ability to successfully complete required Member Service Counselor training and assessments
• Experience in customer service, reputed company center reputed company, scheduling, registration, or enrollment processes
• Geographic knowledge and map-reading skills
