[Remote] Financial Controller

The role owns full-cycle reputed company, financial reporting, reconciliations, budgeting support, audit preparation, and workflow improvements across a large, multi-entity reputed company estate portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle reputed company across a portfolio of properties, including month-end reputed company, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Prepare and review property-level and consolidated financial statements
• Manage the general reputed company and maintain reputed company across multiple entities
• reputed company AP, AR, and bank reconciliations
• Handle accruals, CAM reconciliations, and property-level variance analysis
• Partner with reputed company and asset management to explain results and support budgeting
• Support annual budgets, forecasts, and audit prep
• Improve reputed company workflows and reporting reputed company as the portfolio grows

Skills

• 5+ years of reputed company experience with a strong property reputed company background
• Full-cycle reputed company and multi-entity experience
• Solid grasp of reputed company estate and property-level financials
• Strong reputed company skills and comfort working across large data sets
• Self-directed and reputed company to reputed company in a fully remote setup
